These Terms govern your use of the NuAura.Ai website and services provided by Thinkeys Infotech Private Limited ("NuAura.Ai", "we", "us"), Chennai, India. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

NuAura.Ai provides this website and the NuAura.Ai Autonomous Reliability Engine platform and related services. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised to act for the organisation you represent. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or services — including attempting to disrupt them, gain unauthorised access, reverse engineer them other than as permitted by law, or use them in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Paid engagements

Assessments, subscriptions, and deployments are governed by a separate written agreement (such as an order form, MSA, or SOW) between you and us. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that engagement.

5. Intellectual property

The site, the platform, and all related content and software are owned by NuAura.Ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in them except the limited right to use the site as intended.

6. Confidentiality

Non-public information each party shares in connection with the services is confidential and may be used only for the purposes of the relationship, subject to any separate confidentiality agreement.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NuAura.Ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Liability for paid services is addressed in the applicable separate agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify NuAura.Ai against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any dispute-resolution terms in a separate agreement.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
